Chick-fil-A restaurants are looking for customers who would like to provide their valuable feedback regarding a recent store visit by taking part in the Customers who take the time to provide their feedback are helping Chick-fil-A have a better understanding of what they want and expect from their store.

In return for their customers valuable time completing the survey, Chick-fil-A is offering a validation code on completion for a free sandwich which can be redeemed on the customers’ next visit to a Chick-fil-A store.

Chick-fil-A is a very large chicken restaurant chain store in the United States, the first store was opened in 1946 and now is proudly boasting more than 1,700 store locations nationwide. Chick-fil-A is preferred by many customers over KFC and is growing rapidly every day.

How To Get A Free Sandwich In The Survey

Chick-fil-A Survey

You will require the following:

1. A store receipt from a recent Chick-fil-A store purchase.
2. A computer or smartphone with internet access.
3. A pen or pencil.
4. A working email address.


1. Go to on your device.
2. Enter the serial number in the space provided. The serial number required can be found printed on your store receipt. Then click ‘Start’.
3. If you choose, you can complete this survey in Spanish.
4. The survey questions will now commence. You will be asked a variety of questions that will be asking you to recall your recent experience at a Chick-fil-A restaurant.
5. Questions you will be asked will range from ‘Were you greeted pleasantly upon entering the restaurant’ and ‘Was your meal to your satisfaction’.
6. Answer all the questions on a rating scale. You will be provided some space to be able to elaborate on your answers if required.
7. At the end of the survey, enter your email address and write down the validation code provided on your store receipt.
8. Keep the old store receipt somewhere safe and redeem it to the cashier on your next visit to Chick-fil-A and receive a free sandwich.

    Again I cannot get in to even put the numbers in, fix your site .Probably will not come back !

    • Same problem here, won’t take code and I am doing this within the time limit allocated. Disappointed since I did not encounter this problem in the past. Fan favorite of this chain, so I’m sad that I cannot complete the survey this time around!

  4. I don’t know why most people couldn’t get on to do the survey, because it is always me that can’t get on site for any of these surveys. This time I did the survey it was so much shorter than the first 2 times I did it. This was great. I didn’t ever like the fries you make but someone told me to order them well done and I love them.
    I sure can’t believe how busy this place can be and the line is so fast, the wait was only about 5 minutes and people stretched from one side of the room to the other side.
    I think your store is great.

    Great chicken sandwich. On this particular carry out, I ate my sandwich with a side of zesty sandwich pickle slices. It added a bit of heat to the bite. I thought it enhanced the overall taste experience.

    Like many others, could NOT enter the code from the receipt. Get with it Chick-fil-a!! We’re trying to take the time to do the survey but only fail. your food is good and your service is friendly and fast. Now fix the survey!!

    We have been trying for two days to get the free sandwich as posted on the receipt. Have not been able to get past putting the serial number in. Never had this problem before.

  10. Took survey, took a long time. Did not find a place to put serial number or get a validation code: This appears to be a scam. Would of liked to get the code so I could of received the free chicken sandwich as I go to your establishment often. Thanks for nothing.

    I also could not get the survey to work for me. I was excited to get a free Chick-fil-A sandwich too! 🙁 I love Chick-fil-A and so happy they are in our area now. Only still an hour drive but worth it! 🙂 Love the Christian atmosphere and the friendly staff.

    I was helping my 82 year old friend on her second outing since she fell two weeks ago. It was a big deal with Cadillac walker and all. Your staff was so kind and helpful about the walker. Even one of your customers in a blue shirt helped me get the walker back into my trunk. (I told my friend, “And you thought Blue Angels flew airplanes, didn’t you?”) Plus the music in the store (and volume) thoroughly suited two little ole blue hairs. Only a Christian business would bring such joy to the likes of us. We stood in line a long time the day we were honoring Chick-fil-A after they were maligned over their biblical views.     Please consider repairing your setup so it will take the serial numbers. The food is great, so is the service. However, the survey cannot be completely and you will not get your free sandwich unless this is done. I have visited your business several times and never have been able to input any numbers. So what do I do with the receipts?

  23. Great service. The employees have convinced me that it is their pleasure to serve me. I am still looking for that memorable experience, that Matthew 5:41 experience.
    That going the extra mile, Dazzling, knock my socks off experience. In order to dazzle me, that behavior has to be shown to each person that is served.
    I believe in quality first then quantity. Most of the time, I receive waffle fries that are cold and has a stale taste. Maybe…a little more focus should be in the preparation.
    Overall, the service is great. Keep up the good work.

  24. Unfortunately, the print on the rceipt that was apparently where the required code was printed in order to complete the survey, did not print clearly enough to read on my receipt. The rest of the receipt was legible. Wish I could have completed a favorable survey on our pleasant experience and received a free sandwich coupon! We love Chick-fil-A’s food and the employees!

    Your survey suck when you cannot put serial # in to open survey. do not need your free sandwich if it takes 30 mins trying to get in and still can’t get in.

    • I agree your survey sucked. All kind of instructions to download cookies, too much time involved. You are a BIG disappointment not to be able to take a survey quick and easy. Keep your sandwich!!!!!!!!!!
