You will need:

1. A receipt from a recent dining experience at Red Robin.
2. To be over 18 years of age.
3. A computer and internet.


1. Go to on your computer.
2. Choose English or Spanish from the language choices.
3. Next enter the 15 digit survey code. If you don’t have a code, click on the link provided.
4. You will be asked how much money you spent on your meal.
5. Next, you will be asked if you recall the name of your server.
6. Then you will be asked some general questions about your experience at Red Robin. Answer the questions honestly even if the answers may not be so good.
7. At the end of the survey you will be asked if you would like to enter the Red Robin sweepstakes. Enter your name, address, phone and email address and then click ‘Finish’.

    As always with M & S service was with a smile and a friendly and helpful I purchased your Chinese take away for two which was delicious and very good value there was plenty to eat also love the look of the new stores feels like you are shopping in a good department store quality as always very good

  5. As always all the assistant in my store are excellent as always. Love the quality of their merchandise too. I always get value for money which includes their food hall which I have now made it as my main shop.

    I received a voucher for 20% off if I spent £50 on clothing.
    Today I purchased a per una top value £45 and a pair of trousers value £25 total amount spent £70 so I would expect to receive a discount of £14 unfortunately that was not the case as there was a promotion on per una of 20% discount so I received no discount on the trousers that I purchased albeit that my total spend was more than £50. I think it is wrong of Marks to run these two promotions at the same time and I felt cheated out of the full discount.
    I would also ask Marks to have a serious look at the credit vouchers they issue why do they look exactly the same as receipts is this done deliberately so we might forget about them.
