    Great service. Can’t say enough about the food and different choices.

    This was only my second visit and I was disappointed. My meal finally came and was cold and had to be sent back. The service was also very slow.

    We ate at the Boston Pizza in Golden BC June 22/15. Food and service were great but couldn’t wait to get out of there because of the too-loud rock music. There were several seniors in the restaurant as well as families so the music was inappropriate. Could not download the survey (as so many have stated) and could not get through on the 1-800 number, not very good results from a large company trying to promote themselves!!!!!!

  7. To say our neighborhood is anything but upwardly mobile is an understatement…
    Boston Market #0631 is one of the few restaurants that remains, along with Sizzler.
    You have no idea what this means to the every day Joe, perhaps along with his family, that comes in at the end of a long working day.
    The food is consistently good.
    But it’s the service that keeps them coming back.
    The same service that I have experienced across the board with every single one of your employees that I have come into contact with in the past and present.
    They are genuine and kind and are an intrinsic part of this neighborhood.
    On my most recent visit, I came in at closing.
    Like others, including your staff, it had been a long work day.
    I was hoping to get a chicken for my elderly, dying dog.
    I was greeted only to discover the last of the chickens was gone.
    This is where the story veers in an unexpected direction…
    Your manager on duty (William) and staff, especially on this particular evening (Lennys)
    went the extra mile to guarantee that I had the best experience and service that it was possible to give.
    It goes without saying that my dog slept well that night, as well as his owner.
    Most importantly, a memory was shaped that will stay with me for years to come.
    I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge them and the rest of that particular team of young people.
    Lucky you for having such luck in hiring each and everyone of them.
    I remain a definite fan.

  8. Bought a rotisserie chicken ( Family meal for 3) this evening which was very dry and tasted like it’s been sitting all day! Gross and disappointing! Practically inedible! This isn’t the first time at this location.

    I took out two 1/2 dark chicken with two sides. Those were Today’s chef special,but the chicken meet was burned and dried out.
    Very disappointed!
